Beef Patties
Mix all ingredients in bowl and form into 4 even patties. Place in skillet on medium heat. Cook 3-4 minutes per side (depending on how well done you prefer it).
Optional: 1 cup of finely diced (or sliced) fresh pineapple, divided evenly among the burger patties.
Once you have flipped the patties, add pineapple to top of burgers, cover skillet and cook the remaining 3-4 minutes.

Reserve 2 tbsp broth in a separate bowl.
In a medium skillet, on medium heat, melt butter. Add onions and saute for 3 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and cook 1 minute longer.
Add remaining stock. Mix the cornstarch with the 2 tbsp reserved stock until smooth and gently pour into pan, stirring constantly until it reaches the desired thickness.
Add salt and pepper to taste!
Rice
Place rice and water in a pot and simmer on medium -low heat covered until water is absorbed and rice is cooked through.
Eggs
Gently add eggs to a good quality non stick pan, on medium-low heat. Cook 4 minutes, then flip and cook to desired doneness.
Assembly
Place 1/2 cup cooked rice in a bowl. Add burger patty. Pour gravy over patty and rice, then top with one egg. Aloha!!!
